The Loft is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, our max capacity is 100 persons.

Pricing for the venue is available upon request. The fee is for a five (5) hour event. Additional time is available for an additional fee, however, all events end at 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and by 8:00 p.m. for Sunday. We offer an additional hour's grace, after your end time, for the exit of your guests and for clean up. The location fee is for the use of the space and does not include catering nor beverages. As part of our rental fee, members of a bridal party are encouraged to arrive early to ensure there is ample time to decorate and get ready. Your bridal party may arrive as early as 10 am on the day of your event.

We offer you and your partner separate private suites along with a restroom for you to ready yourselves for your special day. You may arrive as early as 10:00 a.m. to avail yourselves of these accommodations.

The Loft is a D.I.Y ("Do it Yourself") venue. We give you the palette for you to design and decorate to your liking. Your team can arrive as early as 10:00 a.m. the day of your event to decorate. As with all D.I.Y, the expectation is that you/your team also must remove all decorations/furnishings at the completion of your event. Should you not wish to clean up at the end of the eve, consider hiring people to assist!

The main Loft area and main Foyer (ceremony area/dance floor) occupies approximately 5000 square feet; spacious enough yet intimate. Please contact us to discuss further details regarding the Loft, The Root Cellar, Twenty Belvidere, and Cold Springs Farm.

Spacious, indoor restrooms are available just off the main foyer.

An elevated stage area is available for your DJ/band. There is also a spacious bar provided.

Farm tables and an eclectic mix of old chairs are included as well as some antique furnishings for your use. Other chair choices are available to rent if you'd like!

Yes. We have a wheelchair lift capable of 400lb weight load lift available as well as ADA-equipped restrooms.

The barn is poised on several acres and offers you many options for your special day. Perhaps a tented outdoor cocktail reception prior to an indoor dinner or maybe an outdoor ceremony! There are many possibilities and we look forward to sharing them with you upon your visit.

On our home page there is also a tab for our private inn, Twenty Belvidere, located a mile from The Loft, which can offer many options; accommodations for you and your party including but not limited to a private rehearsal dinner, a brunch, or just a place to ready yourselves. The Inn sleeps 14 comfortably. The Inn's location is private and offers itself to great photo opportunities! Of note, we do not permit after parties at the Inn. Several well known chain hotels are within a short drive of the Barn and we can certainly assist with recommendations.

No! We only cater to one event at each venue per day. We believe strongly in giving our undivided personal attention to you and your event.

Contact us for a personal tour. To reserve a date for your event, a minimum of 25% is due at the time of signing the contract.

Catering fees are additional and vary based on your budget. We are our own full-service catering company servicing our own venues. Outside caterers are not permitted unless authorized by owners.
